Registration DetailsPackage Pick-up / On-site RegistrationTilley’s H-D - Salisbury 653 Bendix Dr. Salisbury, NC 28146 Wednesday, June 25, 2008—5PM to 8PM--Early Package Pick-Up, NO ON SITE REGISTRATION — NO RALLY MERCHANDISE SALES Thursday, June 26, 2008 — 10AM to 5PM & 6PM to 8:00PM — Package Pick-Up, ON SITE REGISTRATION, and rally merchandise sales. Friday, June 27, 2008 — 9AM to 6PM — Package Pick-Up, ON SITE REGISTRATION, and rally merchandise sales. Saturday, June 28, 2008 — 10AM to 12Noon — Package Pick-Up Saturday, June 28, 2008 — 12NOON to 1PM — Package pick up for pre-registered unable to attend* Saturday, June 28, 2008 — 1PM to 3PM — Additional rally merchandise sales. **All packages will be picked up at Tilley's in Salisbury in the HOG room.** **NO REFUNDS** Packages not picked up by Noon on Saturday will be broken down. Individual items from the packages will be sold or given away as door prizes. *No packages will be mailed—if an individual cannot attend and pick-up their package, another attendee may pick up the package between NOON and 1PM on Saturday. To enable this option the individual unable to attend MUST email the registration coordinator at least 5 days in advance indicating who will be picking up the package, then on Saturday, June 28 a request must be provided in writing and signed by the individual unable to attend. These packages will only contain the rally T-Shirt and Pin. |
